Antidote combination remedy

my cousin was prescribed with a combination remedy of
1. Aurem Met
2. Nat Mur
3. Gelsemuim
4. Staphysagria
5. Sepia
and he had more aggravation.
Will coffee and camphor antidote this?

Sometimes it can Antidote. Taking the whole case again and giving a singke remedy which constitutes there present complaints will antidote effects of medicines taken.
