I am taking Arsnic Album 30C in following way:-

Put a water on spoon of steel material, then put two drops of Arsenic on it, then take it in mouth. Is it correct ?

Sir i have taken arsenic album for two days.
I felt more obstruction due to enlargment of right side turbinates.
Mucus discharge is reduced in evening.
I will report you after 15 days. I have some questions.
1. Can i take multivitamin, i take revital or nutrilite multivitamin?
2. Can u go to gym?

Hello sir, i am reporting after 14 dsys here:-
feeling calm= not sure

good sleep= right side nose obstruction still occurs (due to enlarged turbinates). Some day less obstruction. But gets awake after 5 to 6 hrs of sleep.and body feels need of sleep.

proper energy level= when sleep is disturbed, energy level is poor.

self control= not sure about myself.

confidence level= without sleep,feels low.
freshness on waking up= feels little bit improved.

love and affection with others= not so good.

mental freedom or freshness= not sure. Feel question is very difficult to answer.

asthma= chest suffocation with mild pain is reduced. I feel it is done by chitrak haritaki.But I need to take pump in night before sleeping.
Also lot of white thin mucus comes out in morning through mouth and nose.

cough= no cough

I still need to donate goat.
Could not implement exercise schedule properly due to busy schedule.

I want to add that i worry lot about my job. I am trying for govt job in india from last 8 yrs. I was a man of good intelligence. But due to insufficient sleep, i could not prepare well. I could not memorize n focus properly. I am not satisfied with present private job. It gives me worry and disappointment a lot.

Sir, i got pimple inside left eye lid. Last time i had to take antibiotic ciprofloxaxin and pain killer and it took a week to get cured. I have a interview tomorrow. but its swelling day by day.
Kindly suggest medicine which will not intrerfere fere with previous medicine.

Sir i am reporting after another 7 days
That eye infection is cured. I took amoxylin (antibiotic) , ibrofen + paracetamol ( pain killer,) cetrazine (anti allergic).

My previous doctor once told me that cetrazine supressess the phelgm in body and acts as anti allergic. He said that my problem is caused due to phelgm or mucus suppressed by allopathic medicines.
This time again i took only one tablet of cetrazine, from that day phelgm is not coming out. And feeling more suffocation n obstruction in nose.

Reporting before day took cetrazine :-
Nose obstruction started to decrease i feel. There was also less suffocation in chest. One day i slept without pump.
Sleep :- felt better on day.
Energy level:- becomes low in evening. Feel like need to sleep around 7 in evening.
Lot of phelm was coming out in morning from mouth and nose. It was of white thin type. I felt medicine was working.

Report Two days after cetrazine :-

Right now feel cetrazine has suppressed my phelgm in body again. And it has worsen the problem again.

Goat donation still pending.

Sir i am going on travel tour for a week on 6th june, kindly suggest further course of action so that i can arrange if there is any medicine.

I am reporting after 11 days of last prescription.

initially after three- four days of last prescription i felt good for nose obstruction in night and breathing problem. i took pump on alternate days. Nose obstruction was also reduced a bit. i thought it was improving overall.

Now from last two days or three days, nose obstruction occuring (after sleeping at 11pm it occurs at 4 or 5 am).then i feel like sleep is not complete at day time. (the same problem which is existing from 5 years.). Also i need to take punmp in night. i have finished Chitrak haritki one bottle.
Kindly suggest further course. Goat is pending, because it is very costly here. it is out of my financial range. I am finding it in my budget.

also no discharge has come out since i have taken cetrazine as i told you in my last thread. it may have supressed phelem/mucus/discharge.

( I don’t feel fresh after wake up in morning, feel that need to sleep more in morning,Bu during day time feel that sleep is better than before your treatment.

love and affection with others= 0 % especially poor in the morning
mental freedom or freshness= 30 %
asthma= 30 %
cough= no cough before and now.
