6 month old screaming at night- teeth???

Hello
My son is 6 months old and has been doing loud screams and crying at night for the past week.
I'm not sure if it's teething or if it's starting foods (which started 2 weeks ago).
During the day he is better and naps are okay but he does groan and moan a lot in the day.
He is biting on stuff but has been for the past month- and drooling is not that much.
Doesn't want to drink much from bottle, and not interested in solid foods (I've only introduced sweet potatoes, squash, banana and pear)

I have been doing tissue salts for teeth for 2 days, no improvement
(Combination)

Should I give chamomilla 30ch, how much?
Or something else???
I think I'm going to completely stop solids to see if it's a tummy issue

2 pills of chamomila 30 twice a day for 3 days. If this doesn't work belladonna 30 in the same way.
