Tip of finger hangs down

Months ago, my mother (50) had an accident/injury on the middle finger of her right hand that caused a somewhat deep wound on the middle of the finger and made the tip of that finger hang down. After treatment with allopathic medicine and homeopathic Calendula, the wound has somewhat cured, but the tip remains loose and hangs down. The tip does not stand strong as stand the other finger tips.

Is there any remedy that can help here?

Oops, there has been a mistake on my part. Now, I have to go one step back.

I had already noted above that the wound was "somewhat cured", not fully. The present condition is that the outer skin layer has not been repaired yet, and she tells me that whenever there is even a little stroke on the finger, it pains.

There is one more thing. When she was at first on antibiotic course, the outer crust (scab) was formed over the wound as usual. When the wound refused to heal properly and I applied Calendula Q and Calendula 200, new flesh/cells grew and a tiny portion of the crust probably remained inside. Is this causing problem?

I'm wondering what can be the proper remedy at this stage.
