Swelling, clotted and painful hand veins after injection cannula remaoval

My wife got hypergastric and problem last month.. we went to hospital in emergency..In hospital nurse put up a injection cannula on my wife hand on area above fingers.. They gave injections like voveran, buscopan, pantoprozole etc. and also give the glucose... problem resolved and they removed cannula same day.. But from that time there is pain in hand and inside veins from elbow to fingers.
From finger to wrist veins seems swelled and tightened... Too much pain even by applying a little small pressure on hand. since last 7 days some clots are
also appearing inside veins. She can work a little by her that hand.

Is it serious problem?..

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give her ledum 30 and hypericum 30 twice a day for a week.
