I am suffering from cervical and lumbar spondylosis with circumferential disc bulging at C2-C3, C3-C4, C4-C5, AND L3-C4, L4-L5. I have complete loss of sensation in my both feet and hands with stiffness which is too much.

this stiffness and numbness increase with walking and working, sitting, standing.
