Arnika and its side effects
I applied “Arnika Plus Triofer” hair oil which was rather old (I think 1998 batch). I applied it for about 3-4 days twice a day (heavily) and I am now suddenly facing the following problems.1. suffering from Eyesight problem. Facing problem in reading. Long-sightedness
2. tremendous sleep.
Would anybody please tell me if this is because of the arnica hair oil/Expired product? And if so, please suggest me some remedy.
Thanks very much

I would like to reassure you that Arnica hair oil cannot possibly affect your eyesight. It is perhaps a coincidence that you observed that you required reading glasses which is quite normal if you are around 40 years of age.
I was very interested to note that you observed that you slept deeply after using the Arnica hair oil. This deep sleep is characteristic of using Arnica 6c which I have recommended to many before sleep and they have invariably noticed this phenomenon which helps they body to recover better and you feel very well the following day.
Homeopathic remedies do not age as long as they are stored in a cupboard away from light.
I would recommend however that you use your hair oil just once daily and that very lightly, massaged into the hair roots.
