Tired Of Doctors Saying That What I'm Going Through Is Normal

I am a 36 year old (36 a few days ago) Black American female. I am 5' 8.5" and weigh 282 lbs. Most of my weight is in my midsection and thighs. From mid thigh down is really small. I have been dealing with back/hip pain (compressed discs), sciatic nerve damage, extreme weight gain for over 16 years now, following my time in the military.

Starting from my head to feet...

MOOD: I was diagnosed with depression in 2014, but disagree with the diagnosis. Over the years I have gotten more forgetful, unable to focus or complete tasks, battle with extreme fatigue/sluggishness/lethargy, lack of desire to leave bed, shower, or talk to people. I now like being alone. When I do interact with those in my home I am easily irritated by their voice/conversation, their chewing while eating, or breathing. I snap/yell at them and am later regretful and apologetic. Recently, I have awakened to the pain of my nails digging into my face, so much that I had bloody scratches. When in deep thought I bite the skin off my lip. I don't realize I'm doing it until I feel the pain.

HEAD: I've never really had headaches. Since I started grinding and clinching my teeth, I have had a few headaches. For the past year, I have also been experiencing what feels like small brain tremors. It feels like my brain is moving really fast or shaking really fast. It makes me somewhat spacey and nauseous. It lasts maybe 30 seconds to a minute and a half. It mostly happens when I'm laying in bed. My face/skin looks waxy and from cheek-to-cheek, across the bridge of my nose stays red.

HAIR: My hair texture has changed and began to come out in great amounts; not in clumps nor leaving bald spots. It has lost it's elasticity, is dry, brittle, and easily breaks. A mustache has began to grow. My leg and armpit hair grows out of control.

EYES: I have always had good vision and could see very well far distances away, despite having an astigmatism. My vision has become blurry and hard to focus. My eyes always feel slimey/coated and sometimes dry. Recently, when I wake I have large clumps of greenish mucous in the corners of my eye. I have even awakened to blood spots on the white of the eye.

EARS: I hear everything... It's as if my hearing has been magnified. When agitated, hearing sounds (mainly, people talking to me) cause my ear drums to vibrate. It feels like a pounding in rhythm with the pumping of the heart.

MOUTH: My tongue feels as if it has swollen and is now too big for my mouth. The sides of my tongue is always sore and easily bitten while eating. My jawline hurts! I grind my teeth so bad at night and find myself clenching my teeth when I'm awake. My gums have receded, teeth feel loose, sensitive, and bleed. I have even began to have temporal headaches, earache, and nose pain. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea a few years ago and rarely sleep with the CPAP machine given to me. It makes my days terrible and I'm still fatigued, as if I never slept. After waking the next day and throughout the day, I can still feel the air in my mouth/throat. It feels like I'm drowning in air.

I don't think that's normal.

THROAT: My thyroid has enlarged and a ~2 mm nodule was found in the left lobe. No biopsy has been done. I was told after an iodine uptake and blood test, over 8 years ago, that my thyroid is normal. There's a constant pressure on my vocal cords. No difficulty breathing and very little issue with swallowing. I also have a small fat hump at the base of the back of my neck.

SKIN: My skin easily bruises and takes months to heal sometimes. I have purple striae (stretch marks) on my stomach, hips, and breast. I have taken a cortisol suppression test and was told I didn't have Cushing's. Skin on my inner thigh has become very dark.

UPPER TORSO/CHEST: Since 2002, I receive mammograms twice a year with ultrasounds to monitor tumors in my breast. I have had three biopsies of various tumors, which have thankfully come back as benign. Those tumors in the right breast have gone away. December, I went into the ER due to sharp pains in the chest that worsened when I breathed. This was the second time this happened to me. I had a mild cardiomegaly and pleural effusion. During testing they also found a calcified lymph node. I sometimes experience difficulty breathing and upon exertion difficulty catching my breath. I frequently get boils in my armpit that never come to a head or burst. I still have the hard knots and scarring there, but no pain.

MIDSECTION/ABDOMEN: My midsection hasn't been the same and never really went back down or to normal after birthing my daughter by cesarean. It continues to get bigger and now flabby. I always feel bloated and full. I don't eat a lot and try to eat as healthy as I can. I get the urge to have a bm, but it is always small, broken pieces like a solid diarrhea. Most times my bm smells like bm, accompanied by an overtaking sweet smell. I began having vaginal discharge that, at first, smelled like ammonia. I was tested and told I have bacterial vaginosis. I was given antibiotics, but was short lived. I have been battling this since 2013, after I lost my libido. No matter what I try, it just doesn't go away.
I have been abstinent/celibate before and since with no desire for sex. Though a couple of nights ago, I had the urge to masturbate, but didn't. I am also told that I have HSV-2 (since 2004), but have never had an outbreak. How is this possible, if I have it?

LEGS & FEET: Growing up my knee would pop out of place while walking. Now, I have a constant clicking while walking/running. Compared to my midsection and thighs, my legs are small and disproportionate to the rest of my body. My ankles hurt while standing or walking for prolonged periods. My feet's arch has almost completely gone flat. I get extreme pain upon my first steps in the morning. I have been diagnosed with plantar fascitis, nueromas, flat feet, and bone spurs. Across the top of my feet, the bones feel like they're going to break when walking or standing a long period of time.

I have tried exercising because I used to love to run and was once a very active person. Now, when I exercise I seem to gain weight (fat), instead of losing. My muscles ache for weeks and pain increases. It takes forever for my body/muscles to recover.

I have also been battling Vitamin D Deficiency for some time now. I have been prescribed 20,000 I.U. D2 supplements which didn't help much. My lowest was 13, steadying at about 17 - 19, and the highest being 29. March 2017 the 20,000 I.U. (once a week) was discontinued and I was placed on 5,000 I.U. D3 supplements daily. I feel no change and won't have another blood test until July.

I was tested for lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, thyroid, Cushings and was told nothing was wrong. Something is definitely wrong! It's not in my mind. I feel the pain and it feels like my body is falling apart.

I know my post is long and all over the place, but I want to provide as much info as possible. I'm going to post a few of my lab results below, also. I'll go back a year. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
