Recovery from overmasturbation

Male
Unmarried
Masturbating from age 15
Problems:
1. Weakness
2. Fatigue
3. Low stamina (get tired after some work or running)
4. Body pain
5. Low concentration and memory
6. Blackness under the eye
7. Deteriorating Eye vision
8. Eye goes inside
9. Small flaccid penis
10. Ejaculate very early
11. Cannot maintain erection for more than 1 min

Please recommend some medicines for my 1. weakness problem 2. Ejaculation and 3. Low concentration and memory
Further my parents are forcing me to marry in next 1 year so whether i should go for it because i feel i wont be able to have sex and may lead to poor marriage life. I am a finance professional and need to recover from weakness and concentration problem. Further i have joined a gym for doing workout where i get tired very easily after some exercises. So whether i continue working out or go for yoga or leave both. Further the gym trainers are going to provide me some protein or fat powder, so whether i should go for it. Please help.

Please take Gelsemium 30 and Phosphoric Acid 30 twice a day for 15 days and see how that affects.
One dose means 2 pills each of both remedies at a time.
You may take food supplements if you have a good digestion.
Yoga is better than gym workouts.
