Anticipation anxiety and weak erectile

HI,
I search some my symptoms on the abc homeopathy Remedy Finder and answer was ARGENTRUM NITRICUM

my symptom are these

Social or anticipation anxiety
Feel fear not to fall down from height
Time not pass quickely
and I am feeling now weak erectile or dysfunction , my marriage is near also

I am 36 years old male, and I want to know should i need to use homeopathic medicine specially this medicine ARGENTRUM NITRICUM and how much doze??

one dose daily for three days and then repeat one dose after 15 days.
