I'm doing the same, mostly, sleep is out of whack again. But it's all old stuff, if I started listing I'd never finish.

I think I didn't mention the thinned out hair. I learned to ignore it with time, but I never could really accept it.

I am chilly a lot of the time, but this is the cold wind that causes me issues there. Like if I go without a hat in winter and there is wind, I will catch cold in an instant. Also eyes get teary from cold wind. I face low body heat outside of summer but that alone won't make me feel sick I just wear more clothes and sit in front of the heater 3/4 of the year.

I sometimes sleep without waking, but yes, I often wake up at night, any routine change will mess my sleep up, I can't sleep all night or keep waking up. I have various bad dreams, not nightmares, just general unpleasant. Sleep isn't refreshing, just when I manage to sleep longer hours I feel less like a zombie.

Yes took the correct one.
Just woke up with a really bad nausea and in sweat. Is this a reaction?

Edit: Ended up projectile vomiting. I did not vomit for the last 10 years. Quite shocked at the force. I normally longsuffer when I have nausea, can't get it out even when I try. I've always thought I had a strong stomach because I almost never vomited, now I realize how much this is actually a lack of vitality.

Does this medicine cause nausea? I'm feeling really bad again. I ate little today so it's not of food, seems just out of nowhere. Sorry I meant to report later but technically today will be the 7th day since taking it so I figured it's okay.

Nothing so far.

The eczema that used to be on my fingers had been moving to the toes over the last few weeks and now when it moved there, it flared up with a lot of itching and scabbing.

No changes with anything else.

I'm trying hard not to be bothersome and not to bring in confusion. :( It would help me if I knew more precisely what should I update on. What I update on is what's unusual or new or if something got worse. I'm sorry help me to give better updates,

I forgot to mention I noticed the other day that sugar makes me go hyperactive.
I keep fearing you will give up my case. Please don't take it personally it's not about you, it's just something I fear, I feared the same about previous practitioners.

Again nausea and vomited, just bile, today after waking from a nap, I didn't even eat recently. I wonder why do I just seem to vomit on this med and nothing else happens. :(

Edit: obviously, I didn't drink alcohol to cause this - just noting. Meant to tell you this but forgot, this reflex stopped by allopathic suppression ~10 years ago when I had some stomach flu and couldn't stop throwing up. They gave me some injections and that stopped it permanently.

It gives me relief when you say that it is the medicine working. I wondered if it got antidoted, but I don't use mint or coffee. I am also trying to eat better because you can't eat junk and expect to get healed just by popping a pill.

This was a really bad week. I fell from the top of the staircase at work down to the other floor, could have seriously injured myself but luckily ended up with bruises. My concentration is the next level of horrible now, I forget everything.

Anxiety going through the roof.
