Please help!! any honeopath/naturopath Dr??..reposting sepia 200 and ant tart 30

Mum123 said Hello

I wanted some advice regarding my current treatment. My doctor has prescribed me sepia 200 and ant tart 30 for my 16 weeks old baby. I am 32 years old and suffering from constant blocked milk ducts every few days, aches and pains in almost all body, swollen ankles and numbness and tingling on back of left shoulder aswell as back of neck due to constant expressing, and was feeling exhausted and overwhelmed. My baby has severe reflux with other birth defects such as lower kidney, partially fused sacrum vertebraes, rare side cleft lip, hepatomegaly, enlarged head on 75th centile while weight and height initially was on 25th centile on growth chart and Tracheal Oesophageal Fistula and Oesophageal Atresia surgery at birth 4 weeks premature. However she is very active and normal when her reflux is under control.

The issue is I am expressing breast milk as baby refused to suckle but I am constantly having blocked milk ducts I am expressing after every 3,4 or 5 hours (to reduce the over supply)but nothing is helping hot showers, back massage, warm flannels I have tried chamomile tea also which reduces inflammation only. Except silicea 30x, 4 tablets 3-4 times a day but my doctor insists to stop taking it as it will antidote the current treatment of the baby.

Also after taking ant tart 30 for 5 days my baby reflux returned and she is very sick again. She has been given higher dose today again so hoping that her sickness, reduced appetite, irritability, crying, fussing while drinking milk, wet burps, transparent sick with white flecks will settle.

I have been giving her nat phos 6x past 5 days which seems to have stopped working and renetidine which has been prescribed after her surgery, and combination J 6 to 7 times since she was in a lot of pain and was crying as well as constantly rubbing her ears past 2 to 3 days.
Combination J seemed to help her with her appetite so she is drinking milk again, however very fussy and barely managing to take the amount according to her weight. She was 4.65kg on Thursday 18th july 2017, she did not open bowels for 2days and had consumed about 55mls just before the weight check.

Therefore I am extremely worried about her weight gain and health and want to know if it is save to give her combination J, which is reducing her ear aches and pain and my consumption of silicea. I understand that the treatment should be one medicine at a time but I am desperate for any other alternative whih will work for both of us as my Dr told me to use herbal medicines but no guidance on what exactly. I am mother of 4 children so barely get time to eat and brush my teeth so this situation is extremely stressful for me. Please advice an alternative which will actually work and not make matters worse or waste time.

Due to the babys health issues only professional advice is extremely appreciated. Apologies for extra information as I do not want to miss anything and delay a response.
