Phimosis i.e urine mouth not opening properly

Sir
I am suffering from phimosis problem since 20 days. All of sudden the skin over penis is not coming back, having some itching and pain in penis. Due to that I am felling much difficult to urinate as the urine just fall at 90 degree causing wetting my paint and underwear . sometime when skin over penis come back slightly the urine flow as normal. Main problem is that skin over penis does not come back. Pl suggest me some medicine
