sprain at adductor muscles
last year , i was diagnosed with sprain At Adductor muscles origins,at right superior & inferior pubic rami. The doctor told to rest completely for months for it to heal, but i didn't stop and played football,as it was my last college year.now i have been resting for 3 months, and the situation seems worse, because even if i move a little it pains...i consulted our homeopathic doctor, who treated my rheumatoid arthritis.
he told me to take arnica montana 200.after taking it one month,it didnt show any effect,so he prescribed me arnica montana-Q for 10 days(10 drops 4 times a day) starting from today.
i just want to ask if he is going the right way with these,i don't doubt his abilities as a doctor, just want to know any advice or suggestions from your side.i really need to get healed as my career is on the line
