ingrowing toe nail numbness

Doctor,
Please help me. I m suffering from a severe pain in my both ingrowing toe nail. Its redened swelling and continious paining. Doctor advised me surgery. But i m scaring.so can u tell me is it curable by homeopathy treatment?if so then what is the remedy?
