Sleep Apnea Draining the Life from Me
I suspect I have sleep apnea: I am a 63 yr old female. overweight and my husband says I snore most of the night.I wake up to pee 3-5 times a night: I suspect I am not sleeping soundly enough for my bladder to also shut down. I take a prescription for overactive bladder but it does little good for me (Mirabegron)
I am constantly fatigued to the point of despair!
I took Lycopodeum for a while and it seemed to help, but I ran out using it for my sons screaming outbursts. He has anxiety disorder. I used the Remedy Finder and bought the following:
Sambucus Nigra Liquid Dilution 200C
Lachesis Liquid Dilution 200C
Grindelia Robusta Liquid Dilution 200C
Cenchris Contortrix Liquid Dilution 30c
Any suggestions on dosing, or did I order the wrong solutions?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take Ceanothus Americanus 30c, once a day in the morning for one week and write back.
Your spleen is the one that needs some help. Keep the house clean with no food left overs stored much, wipe with anti-bacterial solution often. Where do you live? Is there enough ventilation possible in the house, to get some fresh air often?
