cervical spondylosis and allied vertigo

Respected friends,

I a male, 59, 5'5'', 70 kgs, fair complexion,by profession teacher,have been suffering from severe neck pain.I can't do anything stooping forward as it causes pain. There is cracking sound in shoulder when it is moved. Right now the most nagging problem is -the moment I lie down and keep my head on the pillow the room seems spinning. As soon as I turn my head the head begins reeling.

A doctor suggested me cinnarizine but I was scared to take it as I take Nexito Plus, Prolomet AM 25. Is there any homeopathy remedy to alleviate my problem.

Again I can not sit on the floor for a long time. It aches. I have knee osteoarthritis too.

Homeopathy remedies currently taking are Arnica 30C and Nat Phos 6x.

Dear luminaries of the esteemed Forum, please help me.
