Premature greying Beard
Hi doctors,My age is 29 years old. I am single. I work in software industry as an engineer. My problem is graying of beard. I have one or two white hairs in past 1-2 years. But this year it is spreading like fire. It is mostly concentrating around my chin. Now they are becoming visible. And i am afraid if i didn't do anything they will quickly move to other regions.
I have few white hairs in my head but they don't bother me. But this graying of beard looks bad.
I have started taking a multivitamin this month and i am drinking a teaspoon of amla powder in the morning for past week. I am also rubbing amla and coconut oil mixture on affected part of beard for past week. I don't think this remedy would work but i am trying.
Is homeopathy of any help to stop further graying of hair ? Is there any medicine which can help ?
In practice of any homeopathic doctor is he/she able to control graying of hair ?

Dear pritam,
To start with follow the points below:
1) Get hold Apple cinder vinegar (ACV) from near by shop. Add 1 table spoon of ACV to three glass of water. Keep it near to your bed. Drink this water the movement you get up in the morning. Drink sip by sip the way ppl have hot cup of tea. Once done move ahead with other activities. No eating for next 1 hr.
2) stop drinking/eating tea or coffee or Colas or packed food item or spicy or deep-fried or junk etc.
3) Never ever drink water along with food. You can have water one hour before or one hour after having your food.
4) Make sure you take dinner 2 hours before you go to bed.
5) limit the use of salt and absolute NO to white sugar or chocolates.
6) Avoid non-veg strictly... if possible
7) Use water infused with half lemon for your daily drinking. Total water intake should be 8-10 glasses. Water should be normal temperature, strictly avoid chilled water.
Be Blessed,
Nikkie
