i think i am near to be cured ...plz guide.

I am suffering anxiety, high bp, Heart arrhythmia, sleep disturbance IBS from last 5 years, low energy , constipation, body trembling, fatty liver, anxiety panic attacks and time to time i post here and have tried following medicines.

1. phosphorus 30, 200, 1m
2. lycopodium 200, 1m
3. causticum 1m
4. arg nit 30
5 kali phos 6x
6. arnica 30 wet dosage
7. nat phos 6x
8. aconitum 200
9. gelsimium 200
10. aurum met 200
11. lacheisis 200
12. mag phos 6x
13. staphagria 200
14. ignatia 200
15. passifolra Q
16. Creatagus Q
17. Avena stiva Q
18. sulphur 200
19, nux vomica 200
20. ars alb 30

Still problematic on daily basis but not cuued.

I still trust homeopathy and still hope in homeopathic way of treatment.

finally one day on abc homeopathy forum a very good homeopath telescope diagnosed me and suggested right remedy and that was "calc carb 200" when i took Cal Carb 200 i felt betterment around 70% but symptoms returned in 3 days so he advised cal carb 1m so i took 1m one dose and it worked magically and i was better 80% but symptoms returned after one week.
then he asked me that is there any one in your family who has had TB then i said yes my younger brother had TB before 15 years so he advised me tuberculinium 10m but i could not find tuber 10m so i purchased tuber 1m and i took one dose of tuber 1m and it worked like a wonder and i was feeling 90% cured but again after 15 days my symptoms returned so he again advised me to take cal carb 1 m so i took one dose of 1m and same one week betterment and symptoms returned.
right now homeopath telescope seems busy and not replying on abc homeopathy forum so i request you all to help me as i dont want to take alleopathy drug like zoloft.

so my humble request to all homeopathic doctors to guide me.
