Mild deviated septum and swollen turbinates

I have mild deviated septum to the right due to small nasal spur...my left side turbinates is swollen more and the right side is swollen less..during the day sometimes the swelling increases and some times it decreases...i have sometimes shortness of breath due to which I have to inhale deep during that time...What may be the reason for this alternating swelling...I was given Montair LC tablets and during the course of this medicine I had no symptoms of this swelling and the shortness of breath sometimes...please tell me some answer...I don't want to go for surgery..pls give me a remedy

Please take belladonna 30 and Silicea 30 twice a day for 15 days and see how that affects.

One dose means 2 pills each of both remedies at a time.
