Extreme Pain in neck, back, diabetic Neuropathy getting worse

My husband has heart problems,is diabetic, has had multiple surgeries and has lived with pain for many years. Now the pain is getting worse,ánd his pain doctor says he cannot give him higher dosis of oxycodone and fentanyl patches (75grs).
His hands are in terrible pain, can't close the hands, bend the nuckles without heavy pain.

We have homeopathic opium 200c (No. 3), and 6c (No. 3), which dosis should be start with?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Sorry to know about your husband. Instead of seeking another pain reliever, please give him

KALI MUR 30 (to activate his small intestine) and NATRUM SULPH 30 (to activate his large intestine) alternately every 3 to 4 hours. With this he should better respond to the pain relievers he is already taking.

As a supplement, please give him CALC FLOUR 6x, twice a day, 4 to 6 tablets each time

Opium is less likely to help. The hopes are higher when you improve his small and large intestine health that he will respond to the pain relievers better

Please write in 2 days after staring these medicines.

It will be of help, if you can describe when did this started, is there any causation you know of, from family, food, lifestyle, work, medicine etc.

Prayers
