acne bumps scars

I had many bumps on the face and I used to go a homeopath . he gave me radium bromtum 30 and hepar sulph 30. It works good on me many of tiny bumps are gone now I have left scars of the past large bumps so plz suggest me some to clear up it.

He is suggesting me s-cure cream , can it helps . I am worry that after applying it I'll get the large bumps back is this possible
