Blood drop in Urine

I am 57years, i noticed a drop of blood in urine this morning. a drop at the end, only once this is the first time i saw. no pain, no irritation. I had some low back pain since a month and pain in the knee since a week. ( that is after i walked about 8 Km at a stretch) I had taken Arg.Nit 6C 2 drops 2 time a day for a week and stopped now. kindly advice

Please take Phosphorus 6C (or 30C) twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects.
One dose means 2 pills.

Can i take 30C in liquid dilution, if yes how many drops..?
2 Drops morning and 2 drops Evening. No other symptoms, No pain, no irritation, Urination is normal, Again today I found a drop while at toilet, a minute after urination a drop fell off.
