Sepia - not sure what to expect

I recently started seeing a naturopath who does homeopathic treatment. She gave me a dose of sepia (several small tablets to dissolve under my tongue) last Thursday. I don't know what the dosage is. I didn't ask. She thinks it will help with my energy.

I'm 35, female, have Hashimoto's and am hypothyroid. I'm about 20 pounds overweight. I have two children born via csection and have also had two intestinal surgeries. I also have a history of trauma (betrayal). My cycles are regular, but heavy. I have severe PMS symptoms (mainly anxiety). I also have yellow on my cheeks. I struggle with focusing at work and household chores are overwhelming at times.

The reason I'm posting is because I don't know what to expect. So far I'm feeling about the same. I felt slightly more motivated for about a day and now I'm feeling less motivated again. How long will it take before I see a difference in my energy and mood? Will I lose weight? Will the yellow on my cheeks go away? Will I need to take more sepia?
