25 yr old esophagitis grade 3 & brain stem glioma

Hello Doctor,

My spouse is a 25 yr old male with esophagitis grade 3 and brain stem glioma size 3.6 was 4.2 cm big (has shrunk with radiation and chemo 33 cycles completed last month). I was recommended by a doctor in India to use ruta gr 5 pills per dose, 2 doses per day and Calcarea phos 2 tablets a day which I have ordered through your website. He was doing okay with treatment for the brain stem glioma, up until he was hospitalized a few weeks ago for blood clot in right lung, which he is now on blood thinners for the next 3-6 months. Ever since then he has been vomiting and with nausea all day doesn't want to get out of bed. Feels sick with little to no movement and tired all day. He is unable to drink much fluid like before so he becomes dehydrated quickly and cannot hold food down. He says he has pain in his stomach as well. He is taking pantoprazole for acid reflux and ondesteron for vomiting and nausea but nothing is working and we want a natural approach. His pcp keeps insisting it is because of his GI and to continue to take pantoprazole and ondesteron as needed but not daily, and nothing is helping him. He has an X-ray done in stomach a few days ago and there is no blockage or bleeding I stomach. Do you have any recommendations for his esophagitis? Need help quickly, thank you so much!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Do not know if you got your Ruta /cal phos protocol
From pbhrfindia.org, but that is their protocol- you could write them and ask
What they advise on this.
