Piles medicine in pregnancy

Hi,

My wife is 2 months pregnant. She has pilesproblem and she used to take homeopathic medicine every time the pain increased. She took SBL Bio-Combination 17 (CALC FLUOR, ferrum phos, kali mur, kali phos).

Is it safe to take this now during pregnancy as well?

If she can put in her symptoms in a detailed manner, a medicine can be advised.

As long as it works and not creates side effects the combination is somewhat safe.
