31 years- single ovary- bilateral tubal blockage- Need help

Dear Sir

I m Jyothi, 31 years old from Hyderabad, India.

More About Me:

1. I have only Right Ovary, left ovary is removed in the year 2006 bcos of cyst. now I m trying to conceive from Oct, 2016 and I came to know that my Fallopian tubes are blocked.

2. I have sub-clinical hypo hypothyroidism. I have almost all the symptoms of hypothyroidism.like Fatigue, , Increased sensitivity to cold, Constipation, Dry skin, Unexplained weight gain, Puffy face, Muscle weakness, Muscle aches and pain, stiffness in your joints
Heavier than normal at times or irregular menstrual periods, Thinning hair, Depressed mood, Impaired memory, I talk very less during periods, always occupied, dark patches on skin and dull skin.

3. I m diagnosed with blocked Fallopian tubes on 30th April, 2017.

in Oct, 2016 I have seen a sac coming out on 9 dpo. looks like a lens with brown spotting, following by a period. I understood that as chemical pregnancy. but I never got a positive HCG.

Pls Note: prior to that I have no spotting or no irregular periods but I always have painful periods

after HSG, immediately, I tried castor oil packs at home and for the next 3 days and i have some plaster kind of CM coming out then. I felt it is some mucus that came out from tubes.

I tried ayurveda but it didnot work at all (from May till now). can homeopathy help me. can you professionals help me pls.

I m very tensed and depressed, all that i m praying for is a kid.

Also he gives one medicine for morning and one medicine for evening from past 6 months.

Neither painful periods, nor by dark brown, lite brown, beetroot red bleeding, consitpation, back ache, bloating nothing improved but got worse.

Can you help. Can I conceive a healthy baby.

So far my medical history

Sep dec2016 only nutrition

Jan - March 2017 - vitex, natural progesterone cream.

Apr - vitex, natural progesterone cream, yoga

May july - ayurveda doctor, castor oil packs. Yoga in June also. Felt better when I m on yoga. Blotting reduced and periods we're not painful.

All the above we're my self medications except ayurveda. then i went to homeopathy

May till now Oct 2017 homeopathy.

I m very confused, nervous.

Also I forgot to mention went to infertility hospital in Mar, 2017 they gave me stimufol and other progesterone supplements.

My condition was worst during that time. They recommended me ivf and we are not prepared to for and not happy with that treatment.lasttime we went their was when we found my tubes are blocked in April 2017.

During that time I got my amh, uterus, fallopian tubes and ovaries scanned.

let me pls confirm the dosage:

Eupion 3 twice a day for 2 days every fortnightly.

pls correct me if I m wrong. I didnot understand what 'tds' stands for.
