Brown/black spots on lower legs

Dear Sir
That my niece age 36 having too much brown / black spots on her lower legs since long having no itching or pain. But it looks very odd. Mainly for ladies. For your kind reference a photo has been attached with it. Here I will to clear that she wash her legs with bleaching powder. After that the problem arise.
It is therefore request pl. suggest some homeo medicine for her so that she can feel very easy and can attend the function without wearing the shocks.

One dose means 2 pills.
