patient daily routine: normal household stuff + 1 hour exercise like cardio and mild weightlifting

how long patient suffering from this problem: I am involved in masturbation and porn stuff since I was 12 and I could never get rid of it because I am kind of addicted to it and I am still into this habit so this problem is kind of psychological as well as physical. There were days when I was very good and passionate in bed with my wife but there were days when I was just zero. Now a days, I feel the same inactive feelings towards my wife.

When symptoms / suffering / pains etc aggravates and when ameliorates: While intercourse it's worse and While sleeping when I suddenly wake up at night and Also in morning when I getup I feel stronger erection ever.

What you like in food and what not: Almost Everything (I am not taste addicted)

or do you like water: I like it when I am thirsty but not addicted to it.

Or mostly thirst less: Only in winters

or hot: No

Do you like to be warped in a blanket even in summer: Never

Or feel hot in body mostly and dislike hot weather: I don't dislike hot weather except when power is off and I am sweaty as hell :-) but I prefer winter of course.

what you like in food The most = sweets or salts: Both (In fact every taste because I am kind of health conscious and I want to eat everything which is good for health as I told earlier that I am not much addicted to taste.)

Do you have any other problem beside these: I had a history of IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome) because I was depressed due to some domestic reasons as well as workload and pressures at job place. But now it's normal.
