dandruff,hairfall and weakness

Hi all,

I am a 39 yr old man and have a generally healthy body.but over the last 6 mnths i am experiencing terrible dandruff and hairfall.my hairs have become very thin and tend to fall off even while combing or even when i have a bath, the hair of my beard also fall when i just caress it with my hand.Also i feel weakness in my body, and get tired without doing any stressful work.my lower legs pain most of the time.can anybody pls prescribe something which would cure me?
