Stiffness in neck and pain in back and numbness in hand legs

Dr kadwa, please help me

I am 32 year old, weight 53kg. i have sitting work on laptop and typing.

Symptoms:-
1. stiffness in neck when i move neck round it sound "kadak" then i feel little relax. i also feel sometime pain in back side head and left side head reach to left eye.

2. During sitting work after 1/2 hour i started feel pain around the Scapulae that pain create problem in breathing.

3. after sitting 1 hour when i stand i feel lower back pain. same after standing 1/2 hour when i sit i feel again same lower back pain.

4. i have continue numbness in arm and legs that is from elbow/knee to down. in night to sleep i press arm and leg by my body by lie down stomach side to get relief.


as my past history-
i have gas, constipation, indigestion due to stress of work. social phobia. left nasal block start in evening. feel more sick 4 to 8 pm.
winter create nasal itching, burning sensation and come white cough in mouth from nasal way every time. in mind thoughts always running.

i found few remedies like calcarea, gelsemium, silicea, panis quadrif, rhus tox, bryonia.

Please help me to choose right medicine according to dose.

Rhus tox 30 three times for 7 days.
Nat phos 6x 4 TBS to be taken one hour of meal.
