Thuja toxicity?

Hi,

I've been applying Thuja essential oil (Healing Solutions therapeutic essential oil found on Amazon) three times per day for about 8 days on a verruca wart located on my lower lip. I used a q-tip and coated it onto the wart. Now I'm reading that it may be toxic due to the thujone in the oil.

I stopped using it, and wanted to do a bit more research before continuing. Is it possible that I've harmed by body by using it? Should I use something else or a different type of Thuja? The good news is that it seems to be shrinking and breaking the wart down.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
It won't have any toxicity. You may continue to apply it and get rid of your wart.
