sprained wrist, pain and swollen fingers

hello sir! i slipped and fell on my hand & sustained a sprained wrist. x ray showed no fracture. now i have swollen fingers, stiffness and little numbness. moving wrist gives intense pain. pls suggest any remedy

Arnica 6c one dose after one hour ruta 6c repeat evening for five days.pl use mag phos 6x 4 tabs with hot water three times for 7 days .

thanks a lot sir. at present i m using arnica 30. from tomorrow onwards will be starting arnica & ruta 6c. thanks again
