penile twitches, spasms during bowel movements
hello sir! i have too much penile twitches and spasms during bowel movements. it is very uncomfortable and sometimes sore. please prescribe any remedy. i am 27, male.nani13 on 2017-12-17

i am nani, 27 year old unmarried male. i am a student still studying. i weigh 58khs and 5'8' high. i sit in front of computer for 8 hours a day. i live a sedentary lifestyle.
no sleep disorders, foul breath. no fever, coughing
MY MAIN PROBLEM IS PENIS ERECTION, SPASM PROBLEM.
MY PENIS SOMETIMES STAYS HARD EVEN IN FLACCID STATE. I AM GETTING ERECTIONS ONLY AT NIGHT WHILE SLEEPING. I ALSO HAVE TIGHT PHIMOSIS. DURING BOWEL MOVEMENTS, I HAVE PENILE TWITCHES. PENIS MUSCLES FEEL UNRELAXED. PELVIC MUSCLE FEELS TIGHT

Well nothing is clear .. very derangements ..
Day 1 Nat.phos 200c .. 4 drops only once only.
Day 2 Nat.sulph 200c .. 4 drops only once only.
Day 3 mag.phos 200c .. 4 drops only once only.
HOW TO TAKE MEDICINE ??
EVERY MEDICINE IN A SEPARATE DISPOSABLE GLASS .. WITH SOME WATER IN IT. 2ND REMEDY E ARLY MORNING BEFORE BREAKFAST. Don't eat or drink anything 30 minutes before and after taking medicine. Don't use coffee or mint etc don't place medicine near strong perfumes etc.
Notice changes and improvements carefully and update after 5 days.
