Eyes tearing in 4 year old child

Hello

My son is 4 years old and is prone to recurrent colds , in the winter
He also has asthma for which he is on nebulizers
He caught a cold 1 month ago and since then he has had tearing of eyes . It's more in the left than the right
The eyes appeared a bit red one day but since then have been fine
He still has the cold and he has white discharge from his left nostril

Please suggest any remedies I can try

Pl give him one dose of 6 pills of Tuberculinum-200 at bed time
(only one dose)
Next day : no medicine
Then start
Calc Carb-30 6 pills twice a day for 10 days and then give feedback
