Zinc and iron deficiency!

I have hashimoto thyroid. Im deficient in zinc, iron vitamin D
And iodine. Have trouble increasing my levels even with supplements.
Can I use zinc mettalicum and ferrum metalicum for that?

Don't think so that zinc. and Ferr. can increase zinc and iron levels respectively. For iron individually though ferr. phos. 6x a tissue salt may be of help.

You are better off taking supplements and an indicated remedy based on overall symptom picture.

But others can have different opinions.
