Internal piles and fisher

नमस्ते डॉ . साहब मुझे इंटरनल पाईल ( मस्सा) और फिशर भी है पिछले दस साल मे अब तक मै दो बार ऑपरेशन (क्षारसुत्र) और दो बार इंजेक्शन लगवाया हे लेकीन अब फिरसे मस्सा और फिशर हो गया है डॉक्टर बोलते है फिर ऑपरेशन करो मै ऑपरेशन करके थक चूका हॅू पाहिले ऑपरेशन के बाद मेरी शौच की जगह छोटी हो गई है और इस व जह से मुझे बार बार फिशर और मस्से आते है कृपया मुझे होमिओपॅथी कि बेहतरीन द वाई बताओ जिसके लेनेके बाद मेरी समस्या हमेशा के लिए नष्ट हो जाये please help me
