Thick sinus drip, ears cracking, popping, sinus pressure

Hi. Off and on I have had
thick sinus drip, ears popping
and cracking and sinus pressure right above eyes and around top of nose. I have
taken a few rounds of antibiotics around Xmas.
It might have helped a little
but not totally. Not sure
what triggers it. Is there
anything I could take that
would make a difference in
my symtoms??? I drink plenty
of water, take vitamins of
C, Selenium, D, E, and Calcium. No dairy products,
caffeine or alchol. I try to
cut down on my sugar. Please
help! thanks.
