Dr. Kadwa please help me Seeking treatment for Pilonidel sinus

I have Pilonidel sinus since last 7 to 8 months, doctor recommended me operation /surgery but with possiblity of reccurence. So I want to have homeopathic treatment for it, so anybody is here to prescribe me homeopathic medicine.

Please take the following remedies twice a day for 15 days and report back..

Aurum Mur 30
Sulphur 30
Graphites 30

One dose means 2 pills each of all three remedies at a time.
