This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
single ( 2 pellet)dose nux-vomica 200c in evening before sleep---at least one hour after last eating---DONT TAKE IF DRUNK--will wish were dead from aggravtion---

tell brother knock off using alcohol---just take pain as mild warning--if no deeper pathology from life style indiscretion--getting off easy

also avoid all acidic foods and drinks--this include (alcoholic beverages;fruit and fruit juices;vinegar;all carbonated soft drinks;coffee;tea;...etc)

no spicy foods or condiments

and start using full spectrum Bcomplex vitamin--and probiotic

I agree.

Suggest you persuade your brother to consult a neurologist who will do a scan to ensure that everything is OK.

You are advised to do this immediately.
