Prolapse of bladder and rectum
I am Indian, 33 yrs old, with 3 kids.After my 2nd child:
Suffered from a mild vaginal prolapse (felt like an egg stuck there)which I feel is due to carrying a screaming child for several hours on end and getting 3hrs sleep from day 3 after birth to about 6 months. Physically and mentally agonising. Was induced for him but gave birth in a squatting position.Anyway it seemed to disappear at about 6 months with some treatment from my gyno.
4 years (and a miscarriage ) later i had my 3rd child: Difficult pregnancy with severe insomnia (night was day and v.v)and severe itching (the latter was helped by sweet chestnut -Bach flower as my homeopath tried various other remedies). After birth had a lot of physical stress (walking lots and bad night cough) and got a prolapse of uterus, bladder and rectum (all pushing into the vagina).
2 years on my uterus is better and the other prolapses still there although much better - with massage, craniosacral therapy and cupping.Initially took Sepia 30 for 1 week - no effect or poss. worse. Maybe a year later took Calc fluoratum -4times a dayfor upto a month.
I have no pain except sometimes odd pains and soreness or tenderness of abdomen adn some backache. Obviously feel a protrusion in vagina and sometimes a heaviness esp if constipated. Would like another child but worried about consequences. Although i am underweight my belly is big. My period started again after 1.5 years.
Worse for:
constipation (strain and heaviness on rectum)But generally i am regular.
stress - even mental
Better:
after sleep, correct posture
General symptoms:
dry skin, dry mouth but don't drink enough - when i drink lots i urinate lots, easily stressed, get irritable/moody easily with loved ones but generally cheerful, with others put on a brave front and don't complain much. Fear being alone in old age (since my parents rejected me due to a conflict of ideas - I wasn't close to my family anyway) Like my space but can also be sociable.hate raw onions (as a child couldn't even eat them cooked), suffer from hirsutism and underweight and milk still in breasts even though stopped breastfeeding, was born in an area with too much fluoride in water so got fluorosis on teeth, get headaches from sun, going out, and not drinkin enough water. Get tired easily and often feel lethargic (but can have boosts of enery if motivated) - have always been that way since my teens.Need my sleep(although its often broken). Scatty. Love to study, hate housework. Get hot easily but in my labours get very cold and shiver afterwards. Had a lot of relationship stress in my life but keep going.
Had the usual childhood vaccinations but nothing since 10 years. Generally use natural medicine, try to eat healthily.
Sorry to be so long - hope u can help. I think my homeopath finds me a difficult case. Read previous posts about Thuja but want to confirm it.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
It would seem that the best options are
Podophylln
Ruta.
In both cases --- do NOT take both at one time --- start using potency 3x twice a day for two weeks.
It may be necessary to raie up the potencies , to cure.

Thanks for the reply.
Ok I quote from a book by Dr Chatterjee:
'Prolapse of rectum - PODO is usually the remedy for this. But sometimes it fails. Then RUTA is the remedy. It stops coming out of the anus. In a case, when PODO 200, 3 doses, failed to act, RUTA 200, 3 doses acted and stopped prolapse permanently after it was pushed back.'
Firstly, I want to clarify - my prolapse of the rectum is where the rectum wall bulges into the vagina and causes a protrusion- not comes out of the anus. There's a difference between the two types.
Also,as a layperson, I need to understand are u basing this remedy on just my complaint or all of waht i've written. I don't understand cos in this forum sometimes people just cite their complaint in one sentence and get a response without giving more details about themselves. But i've read that this is not the best way.
Also i have no PODO - it will take up to 3 weeks for me to order and get it (i live in a country where they dont sell -or even use- homeopathic remedies) and only Ruta 30. So i need to be pretty sure what i get has a good chance of working.
Thanks so much for any help.

Hi,
You have provided a good summary of all your complaints, but need a few more clarifications in order to suggest a remedy.
You need a deep acting (constitutional) remedy which takes into consideration all your mental as well as physical symptoms. You might have to take this remedy for a couple of months before you see its effect.
Here is a questionnaire. Please try to aswer as many questions as you can. Skip those which you have already answered.
