Cat passing Loose stools with traces of blood

My 2 year 4 months old cat Sheru suddenly went quiet 3 days back. she is otherwise quite a jealous cat and gets into cat fights with all my other cats for no reason. But she has been very quiet since 3 days and also became a recluse.

initially she wasnt eating too well, but now she is eating small quantities. I noticed that three days back she threw up clear liquid (transparent) and today, i noticed she passed loose motions after coughing. There was also a trace of blood in the stools.

Is there any homeopathic medicine that can help?
Could this be even remotely related to a cat fight with a feral cat?

she was de-wormed 40 days back.

Please help.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give her Arsenicum Album 30 twice a day for 3 days. If this doesn't help give Bryonia 30 in the same way.
One dose means 2 pills or drops dissolved in some water.

kadwa thanks so much for your response. I will surely try and get back. Since I posted this she has recuperated quite a bit but she is now coughing, extending her neck, and gives an impression of something stuck in her throat.

The remedies prescribed should help her for her cough too.
