Kidney stones

I am 25,male suffering from renal stones. Yesterday only i felt pain in my left side of my back which radiated towards my stomach and then after that the pain was shifted down in the urinary bladder. When i passed the urine it was brown reddish in colour but now it seems to appear white in colour. Right now pain is ok but still there is an uneasiness that i feel and little Stinging pain in both the kidneys. Also i am uploading my ct scan report. Please can anyone suggest me some good homeopathic medicines so that i can come out this miserable situation.

Please take Staphysagria 200 and Nux Vomica 200 twice a day for 5 days.
One dose means 2 pills or drops each of both remedies at a time.
