Attn: Joe De Livera- Newborn silent reflux

My 2.5 week old 8.5lb baby has been showing bad symptoms of silent reflux for the past couple of days. I hear acid coming up and he arches and cries in pain. I've read nat phos 6x helps babies in this situation. 12 hours ago i started taking 2 tabs 3x a day since he is breastfed and today gave him 1 tab dissolved in a teaspoon of breastmilk after a feed. Should I continue giving 1 tab after feeds 6x a day until i see improvements in his symptoms and then cut to half a tab after a feed.

Feedback greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Edit: 2nd 11am feed and 3rd feed at 1pm I've been giving half a tab since symptoms seem to be improved slightly after 1st dose.

If Nat. phos. does not improve in two to three days, then try Dioscorea 30c once or twice for just three days.
