Remedy for chronic Nightfall/wetdream

Dear doctors,

I have been suffering from nightfall for past 6 years. The usual frequency is 7~10 days but sometimes extends to 2 weeks also. Nightfall leaves me in a state of despair, anger, eyepain, heat emission from feet, slight pain in legs, loss of mental acuity and memory follows, and this state stays for 2~3 days. This has reduced my thinking capacity and well being for a long time. I am otherwise a healthy male, aged 25 years, weighing ~70 kgs.

I have visited some homeopathic doctors but with didnt obtain relief. I request you to look into this issue and help me in curing this problem.

I did try it about 5 years ago but it didnt show positive result. I would try it again now and get back to you after a month. Should i take it in liquid form or in globules?

Ok, then try Phosphoric-acid 30c twice daily for 2 weeks then report back please.

You can take it as pill form or liquid form, whichever you prefer.

If you are very sensitive to homeopathic remedy, put few pills or drops in a half glass of water, take 1 teaspoon from there. Keep it into your mouth for 5 seconds before swallowing.

And It is always good to keep a record of your symptoms. For example, intensity of symptoms from scale 1 - 10. It is useful to evaluate your progress for the next consultations.

Also, please don't expect your symptoms to disappear over night or after taking a few doses.
You have been having this problem for 6 years, so it is chronic and it will take a little while to clear the symptoms, so I would recommend you to stay with it and try for at least 4-6 weeks.

I have taken Acid Phos ';q' for sometime (more than 2 months) and although it helped in recovery , it didnt have any effect on the frequency of nightfall. Also, i feel the need to urinate frequently and this tendency escalates before exams, presentations. Kindly suggest the required action.

Ok, let's start with Staphysagria 1M, 1 dose (4 pills or 5 drops ) once a week for 4 weeks for nightfall.

And try Aconite 1M, 1 dose before exams. It may help to reduce frequency of urination and nervousness (if you are nervous for exams)

Also, if you are very sensitive, you can put the remedy in some water and take 1 teaspoon from there.

Please let me know how you are in a month.

Hello again. Here are the results of the treatment so far. First week of treatment i had three nightfall on alternative days, this had never happened before. The suffering due to it seemed reduced to ~75% of the usual. Next nightfall happened after 19 days for two consecutive days. Again it happened for two consecutive days after a week. Here also, the suffering on first day was low compared to the usual. However, on the second day, there was little relief.

Most nightfalls occur when i sleep face down. Although i try to sleep on my back, sometimes, during sleep, i unknowingly turn over to my stomach side.

Kindly suggest the next course of medicine. Thanks.

Please take Medorrhinum 200c, once a week (2 pills / drops) for 4 weeks and how you feel after that.

Apologies for the delay, couldn't procure medicine soon enough.
After starting with Medorrhinum 200c, nightfall happened after 14 days and then after 10 and 7 days. The fatigue due to it seems to have reduced to about 50%. Kindly share your interpretation of it.

Continue with Medorrhinum 200c, once in every 2 weeks.

And start Stannum metallicum 200c, once in every 3 days until you see any changes.
