Snoring/Sleep apnea

Hello...wondering if you might be able to help me. I am a TERRIBLE snorer and it's really hurting my relationship as my partner can't get any sleep.

I am also having sinus congestion, have TMJ, and recently my ears feel blocked up!

I guess I should add that I have a hard time retiring at night, though once asleep I sleep soundly.

I am really desperate to find help for the apnea.

Any suggestions?
