Neck back pain(Spondy pain)

I am Mohan Kumar G, working as Software engineer. I am getting severe pain at neck backside from long back.
Could you please help me to give some precaution, which cure my neck pain

As you are software engineer, I think your work is mostly sittig. Your problem is due to postural defect. Please, send me complete history of yourselves.

Yes, agreed with you. I have changed my sitting posture like adjusted my laptop screen in parallel to my eyes now. Even-though not getting rig from my neck pain. Some times very sever completely head like head-each. I cannot do any work there on

After taking rest you get relief, means the condition in morning please say. Also tell me increasing or decreasing time of pain
