This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You need to describe your complains
First get PARATHYROID HORMONE checked
I need to know your PTH levels

Tell me about your pain and infection
Any mental tension or stress
Your sleeping position
You food cravings & aversion
Your body thermal -tolerance- you feel hot more or cold or both equally
