Blocked nose , catarrh , loss of smell and taste .

Hi , dr I need help to get medicine for I am 6 months pregnant past 9 months I am having problem with thick coated white tongue and smells bad in morning past 7 days I am having blocked nose , heat in face, no smell and taste , thick yellowish coming from nose and burning a lot drinking a lot of water taking acetaminophen 1000mg every 8 hours and robitussin cough suppressant no relief not getting sleep in nights and day throat mucus a lot too .I need u r help can I take Dr Reckeweg drops for sinus bcoz I am afraid to take I am 6 months pregnant if yes pls suggest me .thanku .

One dose means 2 pills or drops.
