Avascular necrosis

I have little pain all time in both the hip joint. Doctor says for core decompression. Cause is sickle cell disease. I am taking homeopathic medicine at nearby. Shall i go for core decompression?? I am confused. My age 31

Please take Fluoric acid 30/ three drops two times daily and report after a week if any changes.
